What is Gone Outfitters's return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gone Outfitters products. Please mail returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be returned in unused condition. We offer free domestic exchanges and easy returns of merchandise. For an exchange, contact us and we will email you a printable shipping label to use as paid postage on the return. After we receive your return we will ship the new items. Exchanges@GoneOutfitters.com

What is the sizing on Gone Outfitters shirts?

Please reference the sizing page for fit details. Link it at the bottom of the page. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email us at hi@goneoutfitters.com.

How fast will my Gone Outfitters web order ship?

All Standard Shipping orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. Our customers love our t-shirts and know they are worth the wait. If you hate this wait trust me you will love the shirt. Email us now at FreeShipping@goneoutfitters.com and we will refund your shipping on first order. Go ahead and order the shirt and we will refund your shipping:) just to say thanks for waiting.

How does free shipping work?

Just order 50$ or more and your shipping is completely free!

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order. Once orders move into the shipping process we may be unable to make changes.

Why is my payment being declined?

The most common reason payments are declined is because the billing address entered does not match the billing address on file with your bank or card holder. Please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Your billing address can be different from your shipping address.

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there are any delays in shipping. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder:) or email us at hi@goneoutfitters.com

If I order the wrong size can I change it?

Yes. This happens all the time, you don’t even know. Just simply hit us up and we will go and change it for you! Wrong size? We got you! Wrong color? We can change it! Wrong Address? Yuhhh! Cancel your order? Of course, but why would you wanna go and do that? For any of these, hit us up at Orders@GoneOutfitters.com
